Common questions
Do my customers have to download an app?
No. It runs in the web browser, and customers can add it to their phone's home screen like an app if they want. There's nothing to find in an app store.
Who owns the customer list?
You do. Customers who sign up through your branded schedule are your customers, and you can export the list at any time.
Email or text?
Reminders start by email, which is simple to set up and doesn't require carrier registration. Text reminders can be added for customers who opt in.
Is it compliant?
Every sign-up records the customer's consent with a timestamp, and every email includes a one-click unsubscribe. We set up proper email authentication on your domain so reminders reach the inbox.
Does it work with my current website?
Yes. The schedule lives on its own web address with your branding, and we add a button or link to your existing site. If you don't have a website, we can build one too.
