# Terms of service

The basic terms for using this site and our web design plans. Last updated October 28, 2026.

## Plans and pricing

Current prices are listed on our [pricing section](https://webdesigntemeculaca.com/#pricing). The Website plan is a $100 one-time setup, then a monthly fee. Sign up by December 31, 2026 and your $30/month rate stays the same for as long as you stay with us; new sites from January 1, 2027 are $40/month. Your invoice or written quote confirms the exact plan and add-ons you chose.

## Billing

We invoice through Wave. The setup fee is invoiced after your kickoff call, and monthly plans are billed each month.

## What's included

Hosting, SSL, daily backups, a working contact form and one content update per month. Additional updates are $25 each.

## No long-term contract

Plans are month to month. To cancel, call or message us.

## Your domain and content

If we register a domain for you, it's registered in your name. You're responsible for having the rights to the text, photos and logos you give us to use on your site.
